The fall season of the startup is opening strong with several events. We already told you about Battle Hack Miami on Aug. 24 and 25 to close out the summer. Here’s another event to put on your radar.
NewME Accelerator in San Francisco is bringing back its 3-day PopUp to Miami Sept. 27-29. This year it will again be hosted by The LAB Miami in Wynwood.
Like last year, the PopUp includes two Master Classes in the evenings on preparing a pitch deck and presenting it like a pro. Also included is a one-on-one hour-long mentoring session and a Demo Night, where participants can present in front of local investors as well as ones from Silicon Valley and compete for prizes valued at more than $45,000, organizers say. One of the prizes is a spot in NewME’s Accelerator in San Francisco. The PopUp program fee is $99.
