AVCC and HackDay: And the winners are...

•  Tres Mares Innovation Prize ($10,000 cash and artist rendering valued at $5,000): Trapezoid Digital Security of Miami (pictured at left, with FIU Entrepreneur in Residence Boris Hirmas Said.)

•  CP Capital Later Stage Company ($15,000 in investment banking services): itMD of Miami

•  CP Capital Early Stage Company ($10,000 in services): Cognicor of Spain

HackDay winners

Five startups, all finalists from HackDay, competed for a $30,000 cash prize plus an additional $20,000 if the team starts a company. And the winner is: AskMeOut from Brazil. Runner-up: Introduced.co of Miami won a year of free co-working space at LAB Miami.
