WHAT: The Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce presents the second installment in a series of technical assistance workshops to help small businesses and entrepreneurs prepare, plan, and strengthen their business game plan as 2014 approaches. The next workshop in the series, “Business Plan Tuneup: Create a Business Plan to Fuel Your Success,” focuses on strategic planning, managing market challenges and leveraging opportunities, and developing a growth strategy. The workshop will be facilitated by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and SCORE Miami. The first workshop held in October was an introduction to coding for beginners, and the following two workshops are on small business certification and human resources for small businesses.
